அங்கக வேளாண்மை சாகுபடி மூலம் விளைந்த ராகி மாவு கொண்டு இந்த ராகி களி மாலை நேரங்களில் தயார் செய்யப்படுகிறது. பாரம்பரிய முறைப்படி சுடுநீரில் இரவு முழுவதும் வைத்திருந்து காலை டெலிவரி செய்யப்படுகிறது.

கீரை கடைசல்,  நிலக்கடலை சட்னி இதனுடன் சேர்த்து சாப்பிடலாம் அல்லது நீர் ஊற்றி களி உருண்டைகளை நன்கு கரைத்து எருமை மாட்டு தயிர், ஊறுகாய் உடன் பருகலாம்.

The Ragi mudde is prepared in the evenings with ragi flour, which is the result of organic farming. Traditionally, hot water is kept overnight and delivered in the morning. You can eat it with spinach, buffalo curd, groundnut chutney or sprinkle water with ragi mudde pellets and mix with pickles.
